My first sushi dining experience was at Taka Restaurant. That was over 10 years ago. Since then it has been my absolute favorite sushi restaurant. You will not find the popular and common trendy sushi rolls that most sushi bar's serve. The experience at Taka is authentic Japanese cuisine. The fish is so fresh that it melts in your mouth. The entrees are delicious, and the presentation is exquisite. I suggest sitting at the sushi bar where you can observe the friendly and talented sushi chefs prepare live lobster and shrimp.
