This yogurt sauce is a great accompaniment to Mediterranen/Middle Eastern grilled chicken and meat dishes.
1 ½ cups plain whole yogurt
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon finely minced shallot (about 1 medium shallot)
Fresh ground sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix yogurt, sour cream, and shallots in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
*Sauce can be prepared and stored for two days.
