Healthy eating and exercise are two important habits to follow that go hand in hand. I’ve just completed my 6th week of personal training with Fitness 4 San Diego. Before I began personal training I played racquetball and practiced other types of exercises such as yoga, walking, biking and hiking. All great forms of exercise however I needed help in building lean muscle and strength. My experience has been incredible. After a few weeks of adjusting to the intense workouts with certified trainer Omar Nasouri I felt stronger and motivated to achieve my fitness goals. In a short time I have become dedicated to my one hour sessions three days a week. I am part of a small group which I strongly recommend, it makes the session more fun and affordable.
